The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

So i recently installed ELS and the lights dont seem to be working same with the sounds and controls. The sirens are going off in the picture but no lights and i cant change the siren with 1,2,3 or anything.

     Install AdvancedHookV.dll at main gta5 folder and .xml files at gta5/els/pack_default with same name as .ytd/.ytf of vehicles. Also you can check if els works with lctrl+p it should open console in right-down corner of your screen

    i dont see that when i press ctrl p and ive installed advanced hook
