The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I am stuck trying to get lspdfr/gta 5 to launch with ragehook after the latest update. I updated to the newest version of gta, installed the newest versions of lspdfr, rph and els but the game is crashing during the startup loading screen. I disabled my mods folder, and the same issue is happening. I thought it might be connected to my mods folder inside of openIV but that doesn't seem to be the case. Below is what is said in the crash log. I can't seem to figure out how to get it uploaded into a file that it allows me to upload. I also attached a video of the crash occurring. Any assistance is greatly appreciated, thank you!  Here is a video I created that shows the problem occurring:
