Lspdft doesnt work propery and i miss some funcions

Some days ago i installed for the first time lspdfr and it wasnt complete because when I cant arrest people or ask them for ids for example. Today i decided to reinstall GTA 5 unistalling it from steam. Now that ive installed again lspdrfr dosent work the same thing of the previus time. Ive installed it by manual, I have no other plugins (except OpenIV, but i didnt modified nothing from the last installation except for creating the mod folder, asiloader, some stuff called opencamera).

As you can see in the photo it doesnt appears the text box that says press "" to ask id or something (i know that beacause ive watched a yt video) and even if i press the button that is linked to that action nothing appens. I can send my folder files screnshott if someone needs it to help. Im on duty in the screen, i can recive calls and can spawn cars.
