The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

When i launch game with load all plugins at startup eup menu doesn't start, but when i try to load it with command it shows me this:

please check:

Whether the folders "mpgunrunning, mpheist3, mpheist4" exist in the "GTA5/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/" folder. You can check this with OpenIV.
Whether these dlcpacks "mpgunrunning, mpheist3, mpheist4" are in the "dlclist.xml" file. You can find this file with OpenIV under "GTA5/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml"

Hello @T Bradford,

The DLCs in your mods folder may then be damaged.

Remove the “missing” DLCs from "GTA V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks" and copy them again from your original files (GTA5/update/x64/dlcpacks) into your mods folder.

If you like, you can also check your game files beforehand to make sure that the original files are not corrupt/damaged.
