And so, I downloaded LSPDFR, EUP menu, (I also downloaded ELS, but for some reason it crashed on the same screen, I deleted it) mods (or plugins) Compulite, PoliceSmartRadio, StopThePed, UltimateBackup and VocalDispatch and everything worked for me, but I downloaded NaturalVision evolved, after which, out of the blue, the LSPD First Response plugin started crashing when loading the story mode. If you run only gta 5 itself, then everything will be fine, but if you run gta 5 and at the same time RagePluginHook, then when loading the story mode, the plugins will load until the LSPD First Response plugin is loaded, then, after 5 seconds, RagePluginHook crashes. If you need to send something else, write about it. Plugin timeout threshold: 60000 if anything.

Mods folder is bad. Confirm by renaming mods to _mods. If that fixes it, undo recent changes to your mods folder or recreate it.
