My EUP Menu UI does not appear upon loading up the game, ive experienced this problem before and usually a game reload would fix it and if not a RageNativeUi update would, this time ive removed my EUP files and put them back in along wiith reinstalling the menu entirely to no success. I've taken looks through the RPH Command bar and have seen no noticeable deviation from normal function
The Menu sounds and functions just with no actual Menu appearing. I am using 9.7 and have been using it since the beta release

im not sure if its a fix but i have the same problem but i did notice that it happened after i installed alot of eup character mods so try reinstaling eup L&O

i think ive found a fix go into Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\eup\dlc.rpf\x64 in openiv  and check if u can open scripts_txds.rpf if u cant u will have to either reinstall EUP L&O or 
manually installing the script_txds.rpf

not sure if its true but the script_txds.rpf is the whole ui/menu folder for eup

also edit for me 

i have to reinstall the whole eup becausae none of the characters work

plus paid eup is useless almost no character mods so like yea
