Using PSTOCKADE only for the F10 Prisoner Transport option?

I am pretty sure this question has been asked already by many, but is it possible to get the PSTOCKADE to respond for the prisoner transport request?

Because I am playing with DDoppler's London Met Police pack, and when the suspect is resisting or something, I figured, why not get a prisoner transport bus and give him a ride to PD that way instead?

I have been transporting him to station by spawning a police stockade and then driving over there, but I want it to be more realistic. Plus, it's SO boring to drive them to the station.
