So i have seen the list thats going around of some command line arguments that can be passed to EFLC.exe and i am assuming GTAIV.exe . So i was just doing some...... debugging and i came across some functions that are called and i couldnt find ut on google.... that means that dont exist right? :P Long story short i have found a list that i came got from the GTAIV.exe. PS: If you are a developer and already know about all of this that doesnt mean that there is someone else out there that may need it. I know i have been looking around the internet for more than just the 10 or so options that are out there right now and i just got tired and decided to "check" the file directly. So hope this help someone
