The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I am currently installing LSPDFR on an ARM based windows computer , the computer is powerful enough to run the game and install the LSPDFR , however the system doesn't detect  C++ redistribution 2015 or the newer version for ARM based machines.

 

Is there any work arounds or solutions to this ?

    RPH and GTA V are x64 binaries. You'd have to install the x64 redistribs. However, I don't have an ARM system so would be unable to assist you much further. Hopefully someone with one can help you.

    However, I will caution it might not be possible depending on how the emulation layer works.
