No mate its not the same as Caines, Its got a different backbox, lights, ect.

Theres is one actually.. It wont let you drive the garbage truck but it will let you be onboard the garbage and pick up garbage.

If you wanna try it go here: 

Maybe on that truck you should put a newer light bar, like say this xD

Am not myself mate the interior isn't that good on it, but the bodywork is ace. Am going to do the civilian one and release it unlocked.
