I'm unable to access the Security and Privacy tab under my account settings. While entering my password incorrectly displays an error message, entering the correct password simply refreshes the page and prompts me for my password again without displaying an error and without opening up any security settings.

I've tried on both Firefox and Chrome, both with and without private modes. I've also cleared cookies/cache.

 

Is there something that I might be doing wrong or might have done wrong previously to lose access to the page?
