I want to know how I can install multiple textures for vehicles. Also if anyone knows how to download this: 

Don't know about the first part, BUT on the second question, there is a download button... Right next to  DONATE TO AUTHOR...

I downloaded it, where am I supposed to put it? SparkIV - if so what category?

If you don't understand Here is one I made Off of my head:

 

Step 1: Download OpenIV, Its much easier to use and Much Better Looking - BUT if not its ok

 

Step 2: Go to Grand Theft Auto IV/ pc / models / cdimages

 

Step 3: The Author PROBABLY gave you seperate folders with seperate files; Look At them CAREFULLY

 

Step 4: Backup and Replace the Files in ComponetPeds and PedProps ( THOSE ARE THE 2 IMG FILES THAT YOU NEED TO REPLACE FOR PEDS)

 

Step 5: Look ingame and enjoy! :)
