After entering game, LSPDfr stucks. in the bottom it says "Loading LSPDFR"

So basically, when i open Ragehook or whatever that thing is with administrator, i get into the game.. The game loads fine and i get into the game with that Rage loading screen.
But, when i enter, on the bottom right i see that circle loading and it says "Loading LSPD FR" and it never loads. It just keep on loading but never loads. I have tried waiting for an hour aswell but nothing happens. Can anyonoe help me?

Attach RagePluginHook.log, file located in main GTAV folder. Not from the logs folder.
