The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Upon using the forceduty command, lspdfr.dll and scene manager crashes.

When I use the force duty command, lspdfr.dll crashes along with scene manager. Did I install this wrong?

 

You messed somewhere with Boolean value in GrammarPolice settings, revert changes in .ini file.

    Where would I find the grammar police .ini file? And how do I then revert changes? Do I just refresh the file?

    plugins\LSPDFR\GrammarPolice\custom.ini or default.ini

    You replace every boolean value (true/false) you changed there with the default values or delete custom.ini and replace default.ini with vanilla one. Next time, if you don't know what you're doing, it's better to to stay out of it so you'll not break anything.
