Siren lights are shining under a Vehicle

Featured Replies

Hello Guys,

Idk since when but when I am turning my sirens on at nighttime or when it gets darker outside the lights are shining under the vehicle. This looks really wierd and ugly.

Like you can see in the picture below (idk where this website uploads it so I linked it down below)

and it doesn’t matter which settings I put to very high it won’t go away.

i put all of the settings on the highest level and it still is as bad as it’s now.

does someone know where it could come from? It’s on every vehicle with sirens.

Could contain: vehicle, land vehicle, wheel, tire, transport, car, motorsport, auto part, race car, automotive tire, outdoor

How did you solve it? I'm having a similar issue with my lighting

I had a bright light mod

with this mod there was a custom ELS.ini so that the lights are more visible on walls and on the ground next to the vehicle. And this custom ELS.ini made the lights all under the vehicle. So maybe try to reinstall ELS (or just the Ini, this worked for me aswell)

I hope I could help you.

I appreciate the quick response! I found my solution and it was something else. Thank you though!

Edit: In case someone else is searching for a solution to the same problem, make sure you don't have multiple vehicles that have sirensettings with the same name. E.G If one vehicle installed has a sirensetting called "RedandBlueLights", make sure you don't have another DLC installed which also has that sirensetting name.
