Good evening everyone,

 

for about 2-3 weeks now, I've been having issues when I enter a pursuit. It starts lagging quite heavily. However, as soon as I cancel the pursuit, it works fine. I'm using QuantV as a basic graphics mod and have also tried uninstalling it, but nothing changes. I've also tried lowering the graphics settings to the minimum, but this doesn't help either. Can anyone help me find a solution?"

Greetings, Try installing Resource Adjuster and see if that Helps. The mod is there to try and use all the available Resources from your PC to actually make the game run more than 40 FPS which GTAV doesnt for some reason.

I think it definitely made it better, but I think it still lags a little bit. Thank you for the support!

Now that I have played for a while, I notice that it is still lagging a lot. Idk what to do

 

Alr, Could you state your PC Specs perhaps? Also please attatch your RagePluginHook.log Text File. Its in your Main GTAV Directory.  Does the Lag primarily happend once you start the Pursuit or when you Call for Backup while in Pursuit?

Intel Core i7-11700F, 16 GB RAM, 500 GB SSD, 1 TB HDD, GeForce RTX 3060 Ti.

Yes, it begins as soon as I enter a pursuit. I can call for a lot of backup, it doesn't matter. As soon as I enter a pursuit, it starts lagging heavily. Even if I'm 3 miles away, it still lags.

I had a similar problem before on a similar PC configuration, but it was caused by XScanner and XPU. Try uninstalling these two.

I’ve been playing now for several hours without any lagging in pursuits. After uninstalling these two everything worked fine! thank you alot!🫶
