Hey guys! for some reason, EVERY TIME I edit the scale of something or move it(spotlight, policeconsole, etc.), the car gets screwed up!! Does anyone know why?!?

    you most likely have things selected that you shouldnt/dont need to have selected

    before you edit something always deselect everything and then reselect what you want.

    to me it looks like your moving dummies and meshes along when you preform actions
