The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Currently I haven't updated my script publicly for the version checker, I have to do that and hopefully will come out with my next update coming out in a few weeks, hopefully before the end of the month. Life has gotten busy and I do this in my spare time. I may do a patch before hand to fix the update checker so people may play offline.
