i think people should be able to recruit more partners just encase they want to take out big call-outs like the hove beach station shootout, drug deals and more SWAT/multiple officer scenarios

    There was a button (F6) where you could spawn more people.

    I could spam that button and have like ten officers running after me.

     

    As it was removed in the later versions, I'm using a trainer that I can recruit people/spawn bodyguards with.

     

    There should be a limit, obviously.
