i place the vehicles in my vehicle.rpf, and put their els .xml’s in my pack_default under my els folder. i boot up the game with rph and use native trainer to try and spawn the cars, and it just spawns the default vehicles. what am i doing wrong?

fixed. a few things were wrong, when i made my mods folder i didn’t copy x64 or common into it so it was empty, and the mods folder i was using openiv with was in my steam controller configs folder instead of the common folder so it wasn’t recognizing my mods folder, all fixed now works fine.
