I've been having a look at it but I've never really seen people playing it.

I still play LCPDFR from time to time, and those who are from the LCPDFR era(where LSPDFR didn't exist) with a legacy 1070 copy from Steam still play it.

In my opinion, it's not about "worth it" or "not worth it," it's about experiencing the nostalgia of the good old days.

Is there also a kind of equivalent of Stop the Ped and stuff for it as well?

vdHPoliceHelper was a pretty "advanced" script back in those days.

I'll have a look at trying it.  I never got a chance to play LCPD:FR as I only just got a PC that can run most games about a month ago, I've seen a few cool mods for it as well.  Hopefully GTA IV goes on sale soon on steam, I'll have a go then.
