Yesterday it was working fine, i did not add any other files. I start up the game, when I get to the "play story mode with RPH" menu and click play, it crashed after 4-5 seconds of loading

I think these should be all

 I see scripts folder but I don't see there ScriptHookVDotNet (check this version)

 

If this won't help - try temporally remove QuantV

 

Also you have 3 trainers installed:

• Menyoo
• NativeTrainer
• TrainerV

 Maybe this is the issue

I've always had 3 trainers installed for the past year, I'll try ScriptHookV

Removing QuantV and adding SHV.NET didnt work

 Set full access permissions for whole gta5 folder + add whole gta5 folder as exception to your antivirus

 

Also check if you can launch gta5 without rph

Starting w/o RPH crashes still. Full access was set and folder was excluded from defender
