I tried reinstalling LSPDFR / RPH and running it as administrator, but it didn't work

When I turn on the story mode and then start the RPH, a message is displayed that the GTAV is running.

Could contain: text, clothing, screenshot, dress, human face, woman, person, television, advertising

Then you need to work backward.
Firstly make sure all is updated

* Make sure you have timeout 60000 in RAGE-setup
* Get & install latest RNUI https://github.com/alexguirre/

* Do not install even one single plugin AT ALL!!!
Open in story-mode and start RAGE
