Hey guys so I’ve been trying something new to get more replace slots by going into the meta and putting police flags on other cars so I could get slots but the cars won’t get blipped for a traffic stop and no one moves over and tips or help . 

Do you have lights and sirens on behind them?

if it still doesn’t work, try that. It makes them pull over to the side when pursuing and they pull over.

Or you can use stop the ped which if you go in configuration settings file, it lets you choose what key to press.
