Game crash shortly after going on duty

I am experiencing the game crashing a few moments after going on duty and selecting my vehicle. I want to know what is causing the crash because the logs do not tell me anything unless someone else can understand what they mean. Thank you!

Please navigate to your GTAV/lspdfr/lspdfr.ini and set AmbientSpawn.DisableRandomUnits = true.

move Input Manager From GTAV/Plugins/LSPDFR to GTAV

Thank you for the help! What do I set it to if I want to disable the WorldEvents line? I guess I misunderstood, I thought 0 meant disabled.
