RHP not working after installing mods with Open IV

Hi, 

I experience a weird issue. I played at LSPDFR with RHP, and it worked fine. I tried installing a vehicle mod to replace and add new police cars. I installed Open IV and installed the mods as explained in the readme files. 

And now I have an issue, whenever I want to launch the game via RHP it launches the base game without addons. I attempted launching the game with the launcher, and the mods are working but if I try launching RHP while being in-game it just try to launch another instance of the game. 

Any ideas?
