Game crashes on start up

game keeps crashing on start up only have some police cars installed and  a few plugins no call out packs or anything

Im sorry to hear you have problems,

 

your issue seems to be in the mods folder.

Rename mods folder to _mods and try again.

I did this and the game works but when i try and add something new open iv adds a second mods folder and things don't show up in game. am i doing something wrong?

Get rid of the second mods folder. Rename _mods back to mods and do the following:

1. Install the Gameconfig, Heap Adjuster, and Packfile Adjuster.

2. If those don't work, remove what you have added recently and test after each removal.

3. If you still can't find the problem in the mods folder, you will have to restart it.
