RDE 4.0.1 does not download

Hello, I recently encountered a problem installing the RDE 4.0.1 mod. I'm trying to download it to the mods folder and it almost instantly gives an error and says to look in the log. I go in there and copy the logs, then I send them here. I do not know how to solve the problem. I have already unchecked the "Read-only" box in the game folder, I tried to run everything as an administrator and nothing comes out. There may be a problem with Network Graphics, which I have installed, but I'm not sure. Please help me!
