Xliveless or DSounds

Featured Replies

First off, I'm running 1.0.7.0 with xliveless. Is there a DSound for 1.0.7.0? last  I checked, it was for 1.0.4.0. Also, does DSound allows or save file redirection like Xliveless does? One more thing, any good optimization guides to help GTA 4 run smoother?

im to sierra 1 i have error ''EFLC20'' and wen i copy xlive.dll in the games it's work but im not online  what is the  solutions

Xliveless allows you to use gamesaves, however you cannot play online.

Dsound does not allow you to use gamesaves, but you can play online.

Well, I don't normally play online. Anyway, but I heard DSound is more stable.

To be honest, I've never had any trouble with either of them, although when using dsound, you need to ensure that you are running the game as an administrator, though I don't think it's necessary with xlive.
