EUP Menu not working when pressing f11.

Hey.

 

So when i go to duty and i try to use my EUP menu it does not work and also when i load the plugin through f4 command it gives me an error.

here is a screenshot

And i also have serve and rescue installed.

    oh yea never mind i fixed it i only uninstalled the game and loaded all my plugins back. Back to keeping Los Santos safe.
