The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

How do I allow the game to start alone? Well, I think I've done that actually, just started it alone, but it immediately crashes on startup.

be careful, there is also a file calles ScriptHookVDotNet, you can leave that there.

 I would say opposite: @Royal98 leave scripthookv and dinput8, SHVDN is known to cause problems like that - if you don't need it then remove all ScriptHookVDotNet files, if you need it for some plugins/scirpts - try to use shvdn nightly version
