    Make sure gta is starting alone.

    then rename your mods folder to _mods

    if this works, make sure to install a custom gameconfig, heapadjuster and packfile limit adjuster.

    If I launch the game in the Rockstar Games Launcher, the game stops completely at a point during loading and crashes.
