I need help!

 

I download some police car pack and I want to know how i can power the light bar and the strobe?

 

I search old topics but i do not fund anything.

Download a thing called ELS; there are about 4 different Versions.

Download that and put it in your main Directory and Be Sure to

Read the Read Me and the Ini. to help you figure out about it.

you need els when you download els go into the file copy the els file and put them in your gta iv main folder

Their is also a strobe mod if thats what you mean i will give you the link via pm.

I download ELS V6.1 and the light still not work.

I can't open the mode in the game by Alt+M.

 

The notes for the install says: - Will only work correctly when used with ELS-enabled vehicles.

- Support for ELS-H models.

- Multiple vehicle and AI support.

 

how i can know if my vehicules is supported?

In ELS.ini there is a list of Cars ( Ambulance, Firetruck, etc ), You'll see something like this:

Active = 1
Halogen_Only = 0
Color_Light1L = 0
Color_Light2L = 0
Color_Light3R = 0
Color_Light4R = 0
Color_Light7L = 3
Color_Light8C = 3
Color_Light9R = 3
Offst_SLights = 3

 

Let's say you replaced the FIB Buffalo, make sure that Active is set to 1, the Color_Lights can be set to your likes according to the Car lights. Also, make sure ELS.asi and ELS.ini is in your root folder ( GTA Iv ).

( Personally I'd recommend to use ELS v5, v6 is really buggy ).

I install the V5 end function #1!
