    Yes, all you have to do is right click on GTA5.exe and your GTAVLauncher.exe. Then you would need to click on properties. You will see the compatibility tab. Unclick the box that says run this program in compatibility mode for:

    Could contain: text, electronics, screenshot, software, web page, number, font, website, computer icon
