I was searching through multiple forums for the solution, but I guess every case is unique. I tried two RAGE versions, adding the folder to Windows Defender exceptions, turning Windows Defender off, downloading all visual C++ versions from 2005 to 2015 for x64 and x86 for some reason, launching as administrator, launching the game separately with the RPH, launching RPH with no plugins on autoload.

 

My GTA V is a pirated v3095 1.68 though, so if there might be some problem with my game, and I did not have enough time today to download another version.

 Welp.. if you use pirate version then only way how we can help is one tip: buy legal gta5 😊

Well, I'm not getting it, already on a console and not that much banking activity after certain events. I can try to hook it up to the launcher using some deep piracy and sophisticated coding, but it's on the level of "free robux", so yeah. I'll look for something more helpful elsewhere.

Yeah, it's possible to make the cracked game launch from R* launcher, will look into it. This might be helpful to other people, so I'll keep you updated.
