So when i open gta v nothing happens,but in reality it opens for a couple seconds then closes i saw it in task manager,last thing i did before playing was installing spech pack so dispatch can hear me

Do you have any kind of graphics mod or sound mod or anything that involved using the OpenIV program? The same thing happens to me when they update GTA 5, you just have to open the OpenIV program as administrator so that it can locate where the game is again, I think that may be the case in your case too.

Tryed,didnt work,also i didnt mention i downgraded to win 10 from 11,and also i didnt play gta for long so i had to install some patch,could this be the problem?

Hold up first,i have to mention it worked even after downgrading but after the language pack install,disabling some services for optimizations,installed patch for gta v then it quite stopped working

I will check tomowor its quite late here in Bosnia,but yes i have mods like cars,lspdfr,script hook,i tryed redownloading the asi manager files in openiv,i have weapons models,gameconfig(coustom),Actually let me say how it was:So before downgrading,only option i had was to keep nothing so i did backup of files,games etc,i reinstalled and noticed i have everything i had before,i downloaded drivers etc.Launched gta v,worked,i wanted to go on duty,so i pressed the dispatch key but it said voice engine is not running check rageplugin.log,so i found solution to install spech pack,i noticed i had some gta v 3mb patch so i installed it,turned off pc,after booting up,wanted to play,and then issue happend

None worked,i didnt try lspdfr one tho,cause base game without rageplugin doesnt run,also can scripts folder cause it?

Holy it says i am missing important security and quality updates,i didnt see it because i had automatic updates off

So ive managed to install one of them,but other one always says we are having some difficulties installing update,please try again

Thanks for everything i later saw it was becaus eof my windows edition,i installed costoum windwos called tiny 10 so it removes some microsoft file which are not needed,but they take out performance,like camera,gps,and some other,that version came with enterpise edition not pro or home which i need so i will switch versions,and keep you updated
