👮‍♂️ HELP me please with this problem, I cant play because of that. Its killing my ears. Its like popping glitching sounds from dispatcher. When I deleted Audio from LCPD FR GTA 4, its just crashed. As I understand all have this popping sounds but how to fix it guys?

I have a couple of questions for you:

 

• Are you using a legitimate copy of GTA IV? If you were downgrading, did you use a downgrader? 
• Do you have other audio mods replacing the vanilla GTA IV dispatcher?
• Are there any audio bugs/glitches during normal gameplay without mods, or elsewhere on your PC in general?

Hi, I use pirate version 1.0.7.0. I dont have any mods. I dont have any problems with sound on my PC. So I saw that all people have this popping sound. Just look at YouTube videos and u can see that. Its really horrible for my ears. Maybe I can just disable all dispatch sounds? I tried but its crashed. If u know help me friend

Watch this video pls. If u see there are theese sounds too. When dispatcher start to speak u can hear this pop/glitch sounds,  like the sound from a walkie-talkie, but very unpleasant:
