I checked the rph when Dispatch made the intro and noticed that moreradiochatter was giving commands at that moment. I deleted that too, but the problem did not go away. Does anyone know a solution?

I found the solution. Do not install everything at the same time. Install 2-3 plugins at a time and test them each time. This is how I was able to solve the problem. Maybe it will help you too.
