The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

thank you for you're time i have tried the solution you have suggested. seems to still happen!

the game loads now but soon as i either FORCE DUTY/ or go on duty crash LSDPFR.DLL if you don't mind to look at it again. im lost on the situation.
