First you need to finish few missions (5 I guess?) and then you should be able to open lspdfr at pause menu.

Also.. even if you choose "story mode" u just can't open lspdfr in menu? (or load it in console - loadplugin...)

Emm.. you just play game and complete first few story missions xD

I did more than 15 missions but I’m still not able to. Do you know why..?

Have you tried load lspdfr in console? Maybe you just don't have check "load on start-up" in RagePluginHook settings

cmd: LoadPlugin LSPD First Response.dll

After it loads you should have LSPDFR section in menu pause (for u it won't be at 3rd place)Could contain: screenshot, text, pc game, clothing, indoor, person

How did you launch GTA V?

Because you don't have a RPH log in your directory. That makes me wonder whether or not you were simply launching GTA V, instead of launching it through RPH.

To launch GTA V via RPH, right-click on RAGEPluginHook.exe, and "run as Administrator."
