I have a problem with my ELS. the lighbars on the cars doesn't work and I don't know why. Could someone help me with this?

Have you tried opening OpenIV and reinstalling the asi managers?

 

You could also try a total reinstall of the latest lspdfr

 

I had problems with ELS too, for me using els lights crashed the game, the last two steps I mentioned worked for me after restarting my PC.

On a side note, the els xmls in the els folder within the gta5 directory are important, if any of those have faulty code it can glitch the rest of ELS out entirely and prevent it from operating and in some cases even prevent you loading up with els.

 

PoliceSmartRadio and computer+ are also another two to delete if you have either of those installed too and remember not to install forestry callouts if you have jm callouts, Unrelated but sometimes its unrelated conflicts that end up being the problem. Giving you all the information I know based on what I've seen on other threads.

 

Not much more advice I could give, Hope it helps and if it does not I hope you find a solution soon.

If the panel itself opens, then it is most likely a faulty XML. Can you try using another ELS-enabled vehicle and see if the lights work. Ensure you are also pressing J 3 times to ensure it is fully active.
