Game crashing while not getting past the splash screen pretty much

As of today while trying to load the game with RPH, the game does not get past the splash screen and immediately outputs the "Rage Plug-in Hook has crashed"

Go into the CommandLine.txt in the Main Directory. Clear the contents and then add -windowed and save and exit the document. Try again.

If it still crashes, rename mods to _mods and try again.

Windowed mode through the command line did not make for any fix possible, however, renaming the mods folder to "_mods" did allow the game to work just as fine. Will troubleshoot the folder to see what exact file is causing the issue

Reinstalled gameconfig through LML, HeapAdjuster and PackFile Limit adjuster and now runs fine, thread can be closed
