The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

When I open the RAGE plugin it opens normally, then instead of gta opening it just pulls up a black screen but my mouse and I can't alt f4 it or anything I have to fully shut my laptop down to close it
