    For the PC, ummmm, any Need for Speed really. They offer a decent amount of cars and a stupid amount of customizeable parts.You can change anything from the color of the body to the color of the exhaust tips. If they would've released Forza 4 for the PC I would highly suggest that, but they didn't so my opinion is NFS.
