ELS Cruise Lights Reflection Fix?

Does anyone know how to fix the cruise light reflection? When pressing [ to activate the cruising lights, it looks like this.

 

But when I turn off the cruise lighting, and turn my lights on by going to stage 2 and setting my lights to constant, it looks like this. 

 

The red and blue reflection works here but not in the actual [ key bind cruise lights.

With only cruise lights on, there are no lighting reflections. 

 

I don't have the exact answer of why; my theory is that the environmental lights (reflections) only get activated when the main lighting stages are enabled.
