LSPDFR not loading

I've recently installed LSPDFR with RAGEPluginHook.

 

While RAGEPluginHook is loading with out any issues and it's working in game, LSPDFR is not. I have used automatic instalation and all requied files are in GTAV folder ("lspdfr" with "audio", "chars" and "data"; "plugins" with "LSPD First Response.dll"; "RAGEPluginHook.exe"). The LSPDFR is just not loading in (I can't see on map and enter police stations)

Are you loading the plugin when you load the game or are you doing F4 in game and typing Loadplugin? Because I don’t see LSPDFR loaded at all in the log.

I have been following the official tutorial and I loaded plugin while loading game

Check and make sure it’s till set to load with the game

When loading the game when RPH pops up, hit the setting button and make sure it’s still checked to load LSPDFR on startup. Make sure you click save and launch

It wasn't... I probably missed something, but it's working now, thank you for help.
