Looks like a Vision SLR Lightbar I think i would be nice to see it in GTA IV.

They have been upgrading more.

And I love that lightbar. It's pretty famous as well.

 

Guys I made skins for all of these in my new LVMPD pack its being released in a half a week! 

 

I love Visions, but actually don't like the Vision SLs (the flashy ones that the NYPD uses; original Visions are spinny). I like spinny lights. That's actually why I love the idea of the Vision SLR - it's a spinny LED, instead of the normal LED thing of replacing spinny with flashy (like what the Michigan State Police did).

you probably hate Michigan police cars too.
