The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

After updating gta 5 file dinput8.dll stopped working correctly. The 2015 version just crashed. And the 2016 version launched the game, but did not respond to button clicks that trigger the UI. And the police uniform has become random.

I updated the "mods" folder in OpenIV, but it didn't help. I got rid of unnecessary ASI, but just as unsuccessfully. I no longer know what to do next, I tried everything that is only written on the sites.

    You need to update LSPDFR to the latest version. You aren't using the latest.

    As for police uniforms being broken, you may not have installed EUP correctly.
