How to create a Callout Plugin for LSPDFR

Featured Replies

First off, my apologies if this isn't the correct place for this. We all have to start out somewhere: this is my somewhere! I'm extremely new to the concept altogether, however that doesn't stop me from being enthusiastic and determined about creating new, refreshing and up-to-date Callout Packs for LSPDFR. I'm vaguely familiar with VS (Visual Studios) and the coding used to make a 'pursuit in progress' Callout (thanks to open source). Granted I've even run into some issues there, which is why I've come here! I have my own ideas, scenarios and outcomes that I would much rather take the time to implement/code myself rather than wait for someone to have the time to create themselves... although I'm super unfamiliar with the 'how to' part considering there's not much updated resource to help us first-timers get started, at least not much that I can find, and I can not get very far into the concept despite the amount of time and research spent trying to gain progress in the first place. With that being said: any information, tips or advice as to the very mundane ways, down to the complex way to create Plugins for LSPDFR would be greatly appreciated!

That is where you start!
Rebuild that demo-plugin, preferably without looking (too much: ) at the code.
Understand the code!
Understand the 3 layer-hierarchi
Low-level: GTA & RD : Natives
General plugin-level (GTA & RD incapsulating Natives: RAGE

Pure LSPDFR ( incapsulating Natives & RAGE ) Functions
You find all Natives here:
https://nativedb.dotindustries.dev/gta5/natives/
You find RAGE here:

https://docs.ragepluginhook.net/

You find Functions in VS-IntelliSence after adding LSPDFR as a reference in VS

If you have any issues, ask : )

See my plugin here:

Let me know if you find it interesting.
Best Regards.

Thank you for these! I'm still getting used to the very basics of things so any information is super helpful!
