In 12/14,there was an update both for my WIN10 and GTA5, so I copied my 4.exe file(GTA5.exe; GTAVLanguageSelect: GTAVLauncher and PlayGTAV.exe)with the update.rpf, update2.rpf.

After that, I update the game and replace the update files with the elder files I backuped previously. But today I found that my GTA5 keeps crash whether I start it with RPH or not (even just play the pure game without RPH). there's somebody in 5mods.com(Scripts wont load up | GTA5-Mods.com Forums) gave me some clues about if it is an error about my NativeUI because that I found the same error report in my ScriptHookVDotNet([07:19:21] [ERROR] Failed to instantiate script PedSelector.PedSelector because constructor threw an exception: System.IO.FileNotFoundException:Could not load file or assembly 'NativeUI, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.at PedSelector.PedSelector..ctor()), I have tried moving NativeUI.dll into GTA5/Scripts  but sadly it didn't works, and I found that during my own try to solve this, a lot of file was locked by windows during Safety Consideration when I right clicked them to see their attributes.  but after I unlock them the problem still there and I take some pictures of my screen. I will upload a Zip and place the reports with pictures in it.

Did you update your mods folder after the GTA V update? If not, do the following:

Using Windows File Explorer navigate to: Grand Theft Auto V/update Copy the update.rpf into: Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update If you currently have an update2.rpf file in this directory - delete it
